It’s the Fat Ox approach on Italian food. Simple yet bold, the menu highlights: all pastas made in house daily, most by hand, using the best artisan flour and seasonal ingredients; slow-roasted meats; wild fish and seafood; and a whole palette of flavors not limited to one region or technique.

An Italian meal at Fat Ox is an evocative and experiential journey. It starts with our caesar salad, antipasti, imported cheeses and salumi. Then it moves on to first course pasta dishes, followed by proteins cooked over wood and charcoal from our custom hearth. Guests are encouraged to try something outside their comfort zone with creative twists on traditional favorites.
