The Food
Chef Carter has packed his kitchen with a powerhouse team to execute the ever-changing menu. Highlighted by imported products and specialty meats, extruded and sheeted fresh pasta made in-house and a local pecan wood fired grill, it’s safe to say you’ll savor every bite from start to finish.
The Chef
Phoenix-born Matt Carter graduated the Scottsdale Culinary Institute in 1989. After culinary school, Carter cooked at Scottsdale's La Chaumiere, where he was immediately smitten with the artistry, demands and disciplines of French gastronomy. His experience there inspired a move to France where he refined his skills at various restaurants and gained exposure to the world’s finest cuisine.
The Bar
Discover a full bar including hand-curated Italian-influenced cocktails, one of the Valley’s only spirits barrel aged in-house and a careful selection of local and internationally renowned craft beers.
Also, join us for Aperitivo Hour - daily from 3:30 PM to 6:30 PM in the bar and lounge.
Private Parties
Behind the sliding wooden Italian doors, the private dining room seats up to 50 guests and provides an intimate restaurant experience ideal for hosting a private party or cocktail reception. The Fire Place Room seats up to 40 in our main dining room with privacy curtains available. Our courtyard patio seats up to 30 guests and front patio’s can seat up to 25 guests.
